Traditional Thai Massage in Piraeus

Ancient yoga-inspired stretches and acupressure to boost flexibility, energy flow and overall vitality.

Traditional Thai Massage

Traditional Thai Massage — sometimes called 'Thai yoga massage' — is the original technique that originated in the temples of Siam over 2,500 years ago. At Siam Harmony in Piraeus, our therapists perform the classical Nuad Boran sequence: rhythmic acupressure along the body's energy lines (sen), assisted yoga-like stretches, and deep palm and thumb work to release stuck tension. No oil is used and you remain fully clothed in soft cotton garments we provide. The result is a unique combination of stretching, pressure and meditative rhythm that leaves the body looser, the joints freer and the mind clear. Recommended for anyone with stiffness, desk-based posture issues, or who simply wants the authentic Thai experience.
