The Sport Massage at Siam Harmony is designed for active bodies — runners, cyclists, gym-goers, swimmers and anyone training regularly. We combine deep tissue work, targeted stretching and percussive techniques to accelerate recovery, reduce DOMS, and prevent the small overuse injuries that build up between training sessions. Pre-event sessions focus on warming and mobility; post-event sessions focus on flushing and repair. We're located right in Piraeus, easy to reach from the marina, the gyms of central Athens and the running routes along the coast.
